Vickie Karp has been a top sales person of residential real estate in the Austin area since 1984.  She works a large geographic area that includes most of Travis County, out to Cedar Park and Leander to the northwest, Round Rock to the north, Buda/Kyle to the south, and of course south/Southwest (to Dripping Springs) and North/Northwest Austin as well as Central Austin.  She equally enjoys and excels at working with both buyers and sellers.  No price range is too low (or too high!)

Additional comments ... Vickie is a great real estate agent. She found us lots of interesting homes to look at.

When we finally decided on a house, Vickie seemed to be working for us only. I got emails with updates and new information every other hour. She worked with the other agent to get everything settled. She explained the process and all the paperwork to us. She gave helpful recommendations and pointed out the specifics about houses that we would never have noticed.

Vickie got us a great house. I highly recommend her for all things real estate.

Additional comments ... When it came time to sell my home, I asked my friends if they had any recommendations for an agent. Two friends of mine -- who didn't know each other and were completely unconnected -- recommended Vickie to me within a day of each other. That's a pretty powerful coincidence in a city as big as Austin, so when I met with Vickie my expectations were high. She met them easily -- her long experience with the Austin real estate market was clear from our first discussion. Both of my friends mentioned that one of Vickie's greatest assets was her network: tradespeople and companies who had served her and her customers well, making the process of preparing and selling a home a piece of cake. And that was true in my experience as well. In a competitive market Vickie helped me move my home from for-sale to sold in record time, providing me with excellent service, responsiveness, and advice both during and after the sale. Five-stars-plus!

Additional comments ... Vickie sold me my very first home in the early 1990's. She took the time and concern to show me a number of houses suited to my price range. She had the patience of Job in explaining, in ways I could understand, what the whole home buying process was about--the looking, the offer, the closing, and what to expect from then on. When I had to move out of state four years later, Vickie was the only Realtor I called to list my home. (A successful and fast sale, too!) If you need a Realtor with knowledge, EXPERIENCE, and a total commitment to making your buying experience fun, informed, and smooth--just call Vickie Karp. You will not be disappointed!

Additional comments ... I recently recommended Vickie to my daughter when she was buying her first home with her new husband. Vickie was outstanding in every aspect from negotiating the price to closing the deal. She went above and beyond and took really good care of my daughter throughout the process. What more can a father ask.

Additional comments ... Vickie was extremely patient and professional in helping us find our perfect home. Vickie showed us countless houses and helped us make offers on houses that we decided not to purchase. She remained paitent and supportive ultimately helping us find a great house in the ideal neighborhood. Her knowledge of the Austin market and her ability to match our wants with the right neighborhood made all the difference. I highly recommend Vickie as a buyer's or seller's agent.
