Hello!  My name is Martha-Cary Sadler.  I own BluEarth Realty and I love real estate!  I have had my own businesses for two decades and know the importance of exceptional service.  When people used to say to me that they loved their careers and never wanted to retire, I considered them blessed.  Now I am one of the blessed!  This is the perfect career for me and my skills.

Additional comments ... I know of no one agent with a harder work ethic than Martha-Cary. With some difficult decisions to make and a lot more to learn, Martha-Cary was invaluable to the process. She found not only a gem but one that I thought I would never own.

Additional comments ... My wife and I loved working with Martha-Cary. We found her to be dedicated, experienced, and trustworthy. Despite our own lack of experience in realty (she helped us to buy our first home), Martha-Cary walked us through the process, gained our confidence, and helped us to located the perfect home for our needs and income. She is highly recommended.

Additional comments ... Working with Martha-Carey is like working with a favorite family member that has an amazing understanding of the home buying and selling process. Her marketing expertise, negotiation skills and friendly style makes what could be a very stressful situation, a joy.

Additional comments ... I suppose all clients are difficult to some degree but my needs didn't exactly fit the typical client. At the time M.C. and I didn't have much knowledge about the areas of Austin that suited my low - income needs and perhaps could have considered other areas or even asked some of those hard questions that we all need to ask. Even so I found no one who works harder at their job and I love the little gem I ended up with.

Additional comments ... Martha-Cary made the whole process absolutely painless! As a first-time home buyer, I had no idea what to expect, but Martha-Cary was amazing in helping my find my perfect house -- and on the first day we went out! I've heard that's not typical, but regardless she made the whole process, from the first time we spoke about what I was looking for to the day of closing, so relaxing, enjoyable, fun and exciting! She is so wonderful to work with! I would definitely recommend her to anyone looking to buy or sell, and I would definitely use her services again, though I hope to not-- I LOVE my house!
