Rise’ has been involved with the real estate business for over 30 years. She obtained her salesman’s license in 1980 and continually expands and enhances the services she offers. In 1984, Rise’ obtained her broker’s license. Three years later she was named “Salesman of the Year" by the Austin Board of REALTORS®.
From 1992 to 1995, Rise’ Johns managed the Keller Williams Realty Northwest Market Center, recruiting more than 100 agents and making it one of the largest profitable offices in the franchise. Spreading her wings, she moved to Pennsylvania in 1995 as Regional Director to help expand the franchise to the eastern coast. Rise’ returned to the Austin area in 2003 and now resides in Lago Vista.
Rise’ Johns assists buyers and sellers with all their real estate needs and is also considered an expert in 1031 tax exchanges. She is knowledgeable with the “ins and outs” of doing a 1031 Tax Exchange and understands the basics of the exchange and the critical timelines involved.
Rise’ is a TREC (Texas Real Estate Commission) instructor and serves on the Master Faculty of Keller Williams Realty and the Agent Leadership Council of Keller Williams. She also has her CRS (Certified Residential Specialist), GRI (Graduate of the Realtor Institute) and ASR (Accredited Seller Representative) designations. Rise’ is a member of the Austin Board of REALTORS® and Houston Board of REALTORS®.
