I am Diane Kennedy and I have been a successful full time Realtor in Austin, Texas for 30+ years.  To say "I Love Austin" is an understatement and I love sharing Austin and what it has to offer with new and repeat buyers alike.  I love working with people and helping make their dreams of homeownership come true, big or small.  I take seriously each buyer's selection because I value the opportunity to work with that buyer again and getting their personal referrals.

Additional comments ... Even though we did not yet close on a home purchase, I am positive that Diane will be just as professional as she was during our Texas home search. Distance was not a factor because she reached out constantly to our needs. I would like to consider Diane as our family agent since she already negotiated a sale with our daughter.

Additional comments ... We had the wonderful chance to work with Diane Kennedy when we relocated to the Austin area. We had a short amount of time to find a home, and our standards were very high! She was wonderful to work with, extremely knowledgeable about all the different areas of town. She found us the perfect home at a GREAT price!! We could not have been happier!! We highly recommend!!

Additional comments ... 7 years ago, we were first-time homebuyers who were relocating to Austin. Although we were familiar with Austin, we came for a week-long visit just to take a look around, but with Diane's help, we not only found our home after visiting 90+ properties, but also put in an offer before getting on our return flight. Diane's experience in and knowledge of the Austin market and residential areas are unparalleled, and she really listened to our needs, likes/dislikes, and wish list. We were really impressed with how she researched and found potential homes for us to review, and also appreciated her explanations of home construction terminology and the home-buying process. She was respectful of our opinions and gave us ample time to discuss in private the properties we visited. It will be a long time before we are back in the market for another home, but I sure hope that Diane will be available at that time because she was just terrific.
