Additional comments ... Katie and Tom, as a very professional and skilled team, assisted us 11 years ago in finishing the construction of our home when our original builder was dismissed. Katie assisted us in finding our lot, which has one of the most beautiful views of the Austin skyline. The honesty, knowledge of construction and quality materials, and their outstanding ability to work with us produced a wonderful home that we have enjoyed for the past 10 years. I can recommend both Hallbergs without reservation for buying and selling a home and building/remodeling a home. Both have proved their excellence and professionalism, plus they have excellent values. Care and concern for the client is at the center of their work. I shall continue to refer my friends and others to Katie and Tom always.

Additional comments ... Katie helped us purchase our last 2 homes. We have referred her to others and always will. She is a native Austinite and knows her stuff. With her background in construction and renovation she helps you evaluate a home with much detail. She is patient, honest, listens to your needs and works hard for clients.

Additional comments ... Katie is wonderful!!! She really went out of her way to help us in our search for a home. She was always available to answer questions and gather information we requested and always offered us her honest opinion. Her extensive knowledge of the building process and quality in a home was very helpful. She has an abundance of patience and worked with us for a year. We'd definitely recommend her as she's truly dedicated to helping clients find what they are looking for in a home.

Additional comments ... Katie was extremely helpful and determined to make my first time experience a wonderful process. She must have shown me over 100 homes - what patience and dedication! She is a joy to work with. I have recommended her to my friends and family, and will continue to do so. I am still in the home Katie helped me find 11 years ago, and I'm still happy to live there. She made the whole process such a joy and pleasure. I can't compliment or thank her enough.
