Additional comments ... Sharon Hillhouse made, what could be a daunting process, so easy and hassle free. I bought my first home with her and will never use another realtor. I am so glad she was apart of my journey.

Additional comments ... Sharon and her partner Cindy are wonderful. We moved from another City and one of them were always available to help us look at homes on Saturdays. Once we found the perfect home Cindy quickly did an analysis on what our offer should be and by the end of the evening we had a contract and a lease for the home until closing. I very highly recommend this fine group!

Additional comments ... Sharon is delightful to work with! I have worked with many agents, Sharon is by far my favorite. She listens and managed to keep me in the right price range. She is always prompt to express her opinion, which saves a lot of time in the search process. This was the first out of 5 purchases that was actually enjoyable.

Additional comments ... To relocate from Santa Rosa, CA to Austin, TX, I needed the right individual to assist me in finding my desired home in a preferred location of Austin. A professional realator flowing with knowledge and experience, while being both courtesy and friendly.
Comprehension and utilization of the market conditions and trends in and around the Austin locale, with constant up to date communication from Sharon Hillhouse, fullfilled all of my expectations as a home buyer.
