Additional comments ... Tracey successful negotiated a great purchase price on a new home on the Lakes of Pflugerville. We were able to get the prime lot on lake and a beautiful 2500 sq. home that we just love. The house was in progress of being built but she was able to work with the builder and still get a few of the upgrades that we wanted added in. We were able to coordinate the sale of our old home and the purchase of our new home so that we only had to move one time!! We were amazed at how smooth our experience was after hearing many other horror stories in the market around us. I guess it pays to have a top-notch Realtor working for us!!
