Additional comments ... I've done multiple transactions with Vickie, and she is simply the best agent I've worked with anywhere. Buying or selling, she puts 100% into making it happen, adding little touches that I've never seen with other agents and above all, taking the stress out of what can be a normally trying experience.

She knows Austin like the back of her hand, has a marvelous feel for the neighborhoods and an incredible eye for detail. She keeps up with what people are looking for in a home, from floor to ceiling, indoors and out, the trends, the colors, everything. Her knowledge and experience are second to none.

When it comes to real estate, you want the very best looking after your interests and there's no one better than Vickie. I wouldn't even think of buying or selling without her at the helm.

Additional comments ... Vickie Karp sold me my first home, and in subsequent years has sold two of my homes. She is a top-notch professional in the Austin area real estate market! Her EXPERIENCE, knowledge, and utmost dedication to her sellers is truly above average. She was on top of all details in the transactions--and her communication skills are superb. At no point during my experiences with Vickie did I feel any stress that "the deal was going to fall through" because I knew that Vickie "had my back". Her knowledge of the market, negotiating skills and advice are key in a successful transaction--and these are gleaned through experience. The last home of mine that Vickie listed and marketed resulted in a solid contract to purchase in five days. The first home I sold had multiple offers the very day it hit the MLS. Vickie has a keen eye for detail, a passion for her career, and she truly cares for her clients (and their pets :-) Vickie Karp is my Realtor for LIFE !!!

Additional comments ... I have known Vickie for 10+ years and she has always received accolades from everyone I know that has worked with her. She recently sold my home when the market was at it's absolute worst yet the process went very smoothly and I got a good price.
She is a true professional that knows the business inside out. Her experience really shows through when you work with her and you can trust that she will always show your home in the best light. She also goes above and beyond in helping with the things you don't normally think about in a home sale, like repairs that are a condition of the sale and making sure the buyer's agent has all their ducks in line for the closing. Aside from her professionalism in the technical aspects of the job she also has a very compassionate nature and goes out of her make sure her clients are being well taken care of, fully informed and that all your needs are met.
Moving house is one of the most stressful things you do in life so having a professional like Vickie behind you can dramatically reduce that burden and ensure you get the best price in the shortest time. I cannot recommend her more highly.

Additional comments ... Vickie sold our home last summer in a very tough market. I am convinced that her experience and service made all the difference. Her pleasant professionalism is what I value most. She was always available to answer difficult questions and solve any problems. She has my highest recommendation and I would definetly work with her again. Vickie also has endless contacts with other quality professionals that can help before, during and after the sale.

Additional comments ... Vickie Karp is an exceptional real estate agent. I was first referred to Vickie six plus years ago, when I was selling my condo. I had put my condo on the market six months prior to meeting Vickie, with no results. After meeting Vickie and making the suggested changes to my condo, I had two offers within two weeks and closed within 30 days.

Not only did Vickie sell my condo for me, she also sold my parents house on Lake Austin two and half years ago. My mother died in May of 2006. Six months after her death, my father decided to move into a retirement home. My parents had been married for 55 years and my father was very fragile. Vickie was extremely patient with my father and very understanding of his loss and what he was going through at the time. After getting to know my Dad, Vickie did the appropriate research, priced the house accordingly, and within 45 days, Vickie had a contract on the house. The closing followed 30 days later.

Vickie is an excellent real estate agent. She takes the time to get to know her clients and understand their needs. She brings to the table a wealth of knowledge and expertise in the selling of homes and continually keeps up with the Austin market trends.

I have and will continue to recommend Vickie to anyone who is selling a home. She is fabulous!
