Hello!  My name is Martha-Cary Sadler.  I own BluEarth Realty and I love real estate!  I have had my own businesses for two decades and know the importance of exceptional service.  When people used to say to me that they loved their careers and never wanted to retire, I considered them blessed.  Now I am one of the blessed!  This is the perfect career for me and my skills.

Additional comments ... Martha-Cary worked very hard to find all the available options for my particular needs. When it came time to actually make the deal with a particularly challenging seller, she never faltered in her efforts to represent my interests. Anyone interested in purchasing would be hard pressed to find someone as hard working as Martha-Cary.

Additional comments ... In as much as all clients are different, my low-income needs were more of a challenge. Even so, Martha Cary worked very hard to locate homes and advise me on the proper strategy for purchasing. As a result I am in a convenient location and live in the kind of little gem that I thought I would never own.

Additional comments ... I enjoyed working with Martha-Cary on the sale of my home, she was great! From the time of our first meeting, I knew I was in good hands. Martha-Cary was very professional, well prepared, and she was confident and very pleasant to deal with. She had presented me with a very good analysis of comps for the sale of my home, even took me around to see some of the competition (other homes on the market) to give me a good idea as to how my house fit in amongst the comps. She had also offered me some very good suggestions on prepping my home, and 'staging', but also had a realistic perspective on the whole thing, knowing I was still actually living in the home. I believe she marketed my house brilliantly (I had multiple offers on my home within the first week on the market!), she patiently answered my countless questions, and was very thoughtful and communicative with me throughout the sales process. Given the multiple offers on my home, I was truly thankful for her great experience and professional approach in negotiating the final deal. I am very happy with the outcome, and I would highly recommend her to others.
