Emerald Haven Realty is a growing real estate firm located in Austin, Texas. Created by Anne Haikola, the fundamental mission of Emerald Haven Realty is to provide excellence in real estate and exceptional service to our clients. Anne is a graduate of the University of Notre Dame where she earned a Bachelor of Science Degree in Civil Engineering. Prior to entering the world of real estate, she worked in the environmental engineering and consulting field as a project manager. Anne is also very involved in the business run by her husband Bruce – Haikola Custom Construction. Having lived in Austin since 1991, Anne has come to know and love the diverse pockets of neighborhoods found within and surrounding this great metro area.
Because of all these influences Anne offers her clients a unique blend of engineering intuition, technical know-how, construction knowledge, and real estate savvy. Anne is a great negotiator and provides excellent customer service. In addition to completing the education requirements of the Texas Real Estate Commission to obtain her Broker’s license, Anne takes as many continuing education classes recognized by the National Association of Realtors as she can fit into her schedule. To date she has achieved her GRI (Graduate Realtor Institute) and ePro (Internet Professional), SRES (Senior Real Estate Specialist designations. She has also taken many classes toward the ABR (Accredited Buyer’s Representative) and the CRS (Council of Residential Specialists.
