Karen was an awesome help throughout our selling (and buying) experience. We appreciated her quick wit and sense of humor as well as her expertise and professionalism. She gave us advice that worked very well for us and she is a strong communicator. Many friends have told horror stories of realtors who do not return calls, but with Karen, we received constant communication and extremely prompt responses to everything. We were not selling a top dollar home but she treated us as if we were, always making our needs and concerns of utmost importance to her. Karen sold our house in a market where no others in our neighborhood were selling, and she went the extra mile in staging our house for free!
