Joe Stewart has nearly 20 years of real estate experience and holds the GRI, ABR, and CRS designations.  Joe enjoys working with buyers and sellers to negotiate the best deal for their home.  His strong ethical standards, knowledge of the Austin area market, and passion for his clients give them a confidence and stress-free experience during their transactions.

Joe now serves as Secretary/Treasurer for Texas Association of REALTORS(R).  He has served the Austin Board of REALTORS(R) in numerous roles over the years, including chairman in 2003, and was recognized as ABoR's REALTOR(R) of the Year in 1997 and 2004.  Stewart is passionate about affordable housing initiatives, which is evident in his history of service to the state association.  He chaired the Housing Initiatives Committee twice and was also chairman of the Texas Association of REALTORS (R) Housing Opportunity Foundation
