As a successful Realtor in Austin for 30+ years, I have helped many sellers with one of the most stressful situations, selling a home.  This is a multi-faceted task that requires teamwork between agent and owner.  My goal is to help the seller make the most money in the current market, in a reasonable period of time, and get the transaction through to a successful closing.  I have experienced many different market conditions and can offer valuable advice on how a market may change and its effect on sellers.

Additional comments ... We were so lucky to have Diane representing us for our first home purchase. Being new to the area also, she provided immense help both from our knowledge of the different areas of Austin and in general with to look for and be careful of when visiting a house.
She was very professional and available to us: we felt confident through the whole process.

Additional comments ... Diane was recommended to us by USAA and we were extremely pleased by her knowledge, professionalism, availability to us, and genuine concern for our needs. Diane worked dilligently on our behalf; answering all our questions, guiding us when needed, and even went out on a personal limb for us - which truly showed us her integrity and dedication to her profession. Wonderful help in scheduling/meeting inspectors, contractors, etc

I wish Diane had been more forceful in advising me to set a more realistic initial asking price. I didn't consider (though, in retrospect, I should have) that most traffic occurs during the first two weeks.
