As an experienced Realtor and Broker in the Austin area for many years, I enjoy helping homeowners in the Austin and Hays County areas with the selling process.  Helping owners decide which repairs and updates to complete before selling, and what the likely list and sales price of their home should be in relation to current market conditions in their area, are specialties of mine.  I execute a comprehensive marketing plan that works effectively and in a timely fashion.  I always strive to deliver the utmost in customer service to earn your repeat and referral business.

Additional comments ... We loved working with Katie because she really focused on our needs for a new home as a family and kept us on track and was knowledgeable of the areas we were interested in. She was like our re-locating angel...coming from out of town the process of bying a home can be very intimidating. She made it easy and helped us thorugh it all.
