Additional comments ... Sharon invested many hours researching properties in, above, and below our budget and desired area. It was obvious that she knew the house in and out before we ever stepped foot in it. Being that we had a desire to be central, she made sure we knew what we were getting into since the area had a lot charm, but also came with it's share of problems. We could not have had a better buying experience from just exploring, all the way to well after closing. We consider Sharon not only our realtor, but a friend.

Additional comments ... Sharon came into my home with the intentions to get it sold. We advised a plan and got straight to work. I have sold 5 homes and never had a realtor that actually worked. She was very knowledgeable and even took the time to view the competition in my neighborhood.

Additional comments ... Sharon's experience in the real estate business and specifically her expertise in the Austin area allowed us to feel confident in our purchasing decisions. She is very responsive and looks out for our best interest. She listens and has a great understanding of our needs and taste. She is very professional and we had a wonderful working experience with her.

Additional comments ... We've bought and sold many homes in our lifetime and have had the opportunity to work with excellent real estate professionals but Sharon has to be right at the very top of that list. She was fun to work with in addition to the hardwork, dedication and advice she provided us every step of the selling process. She made us feel like we were her only clients.
