Additional comments ... After trying to sell our home "by owner" without success Tracey was able to sell our house at the price we wanted within 5 days of securing the listing. In fact we had 5 interested buyers and 3 offers! What was more amazing was that this was in mid December in a depressed market. She created a market analysis for us to show that we could get the price we needed and was able to position our home above the 4 others for sale in our neigborhood. The price per sq ft we got was higher than any of the recent sales. She was easy to work with and always positive. She worked with the buyer's agent to get issues resolved quickly and made sure that the closing went smoothly. When you meet Tracey you realize instantly that she is "real" and her people skills put her far above everyone else.

Additional comments ... After 17 years, we decided to sell our home. Tracey did an excellent job helping to make recommendations for furniture staging and decluttering the home to prepare it for sale. Based on her advice, we worked hard on creating great curb appeal and also removing debris from the back yard. It looked awesome and our first prospect bought the home and we were under contract within 38 hours!! We could not have asked for a more stress-free transaction. Thank you, Tracey!

Additional comments ... Tracey is very meticulous about doing a good job for her clients. Her attention to detail in the sale and contracting process helped me save a lot of money. I appreciated her willingness to have the "hard" conversations with the other agent involved.
