Additional comments ... Kathleenn and her team were professional, knowledgeable and efficent during all stages of selling our home. She was able to negotiate a sale with which all sides were comfortable, which was difficult in a buyers' market. We were so impressed with her staff, who were always quick to respond when called upon. We used another realtor in her group, Allison Curlee, to buy our next home. Allison was an absolute joy to work with. We would definitely recommend The Bucher Group to those looking for a professional experience, whether in buying or selling a home.

Additional comments ... My experience with Kathleen and her supporting staff was excellent. For the house Kathleen sold for me,
she did the "mission impossible" and exceeded my selling price and time on market expectations. I would highly
recommend Kathleen.

Additional comments ... Thank you so much for everything. I knew right away I was in good hands and the transaction was going to be smooth. The team did everything they said would be done, on time. I didn’t have to manage anything, which was exactly how it should be.

I’d recommend your team to anyone, and I don’t endorse easily – you really have to earn it. I knew that the first three weeks were going to be a critical time for my listing. Although I was shocked when the property went under contract in 8 days. It is such a weight off my shoulders to be able to relocate without the burden of this property, now that I’ll be in another state. We loved our home and we were attached to it, yet know the new owners will love it too.

My sincere gratitude and kudos to everyone for excellence – start to finish.

Additional comments ... Kathleen Bucher and her team went above & beyond on this transaction!! There were some “major” hurdles to overcome and they were handled with such professionalism and speed that I was amazed. I will recommend The Bucher Group/Keller Williams to all my friends!
