We were so lucky to have Diane representing us for our first home purchase. Being new to the area also, she provided immense help both from our knowledge of the different areas of Austin and in general with to look for and be careful of when visiting a house. She was very professional and available to us: we felt confident through the whole process. |

Incredible closing skills!! Wonderful help in scheduling/meeting inspectors, contractors, etc I wish Diane had been more forceful in advising me to set a more realistic initial asking price. I didn't consider (though, in retrospect, I should have) that most traffic occurs during the first two weeks. |

We met Diane as a result of a relocation, which was incredibly stressful yet Diane was always the calm in the storm. Her attention to details and willingness to do whatever we needed was incredible. She was patient and prepared. She had contacts for all the area services that a newbie needed. We had never been to Austin and really wanted an area expert - and Diane was that and more! She took us through neighborhoods and looked at all different types of homes until we found what would make us happy... I've moved several times and bought / sold homes over the years and by far Diane is the best realtor I have ever had. |

I met Diane through a relocation service. I had three weeks to pack up my existing home, move 1200 miles, purchase a new home, move in and start a new job. I talked to Diane on the phone as we were leaving for our house hunting trip, and transporting an antique car and told here what we were looking for in a new home. Diane provided us over 20 selections meeting our needs, and she located a temporary storage facility for the car. She met us the morning after we arrived and took us to see the homes we had selected. The next day, after making a home decision, she took over the purchasing details and shepherded it forward, including arranging for us to rent back the home for a month prior to closing, as we returned to pack and finish moving. We retuned 10 days later with the moving van and moved in. We couldn’t be happier, we’ve been here a year and have our dream home. We couldn’t have done it without Diane’s hard work, and would definitely recommend her for anyone purchasing a home or new to the area. Thanks, Diane. |
