I understand that by subscribing to RE-AgentReview.com, I am consenting to allow reviews of my real estate performance to be posted on this public website. I understand that RE-AgentReview.com will moderate the reviews posted on this site to assure that they conform to the public’s “Terms of Use” agreement but I hold RE-AgentReview.com, NicheFinders, Inc. and Vickie Karp harmless for any liability for negative reviews that may be posted about me.
I also agree to only request reviews from real estate clients I have worked with, and to not cause any “false” or fictitious reviews to be posted about me by any person.
I also understand that I will be billed for my first year’s subscription at a rate of $74.25 for the year. This is $24.75 off or three free months which allows me time to have past clients post reviews on me to this site. I understand that approximately 30 days prior to the expiration of my subscription I will get a notification regarding renewal at the full rate of $99. per year.
If at any time I wish to be removed from this site I need to request removal in writing and my “agent listing” and reviews will be removed within 3 business days; however there will be no refunds on the balance of the subscription.
